Questions about pricing

What exactly is a credit?

Credits measure what the AI actually does during the call, operation by operation: 2 credits per minute of transcription, 2 for a prospect analysis, 3 for a copilot suggestion, 4 for the summary and follow-up email. You are not paying a flat fee per call, but real usage.

How many calls does that represent per month?

A 30-minute call analysed end to end — transcription, analyses, suggestions and summary — costs roughly 100 to 150 credits. Starter (3,000 credits) therefore covers twenty to thirty calls a month, Pro (8,000) about sixty, and Agency (30,000) about two hundred and fifty, shared across the ten users.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can top up with a one-time pack (2,000 or 8,000 credits, no subscription): they add to your balance and never expire. Otherwise your monthly allowance resets at renewal.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The trial starts without a card and without any minimum term: you change plan or stop whenever you want.

Why Agency rather than three Pro subscriptions?

Because credits are pooled. Across a team, nobody runs the same number of calls in the same week: a shared pot of 30,000 credits absorbs those swings, whereas three separate allowances leave credits idle on one seat while another runs short.
