Closer AI supports you during the call: it listens, understands the prospect and feeds you what to say. Here's how to launch your very first call in minutes.
1. Set the context
On the "Live call" screen, pick your industry niche (the AI adapts objections and vocabulary), your tone, and enter the prospect's name if you wish.
2. Confirm consent
Audio analysis requires participants' consent. It's a legal obligation and a mark of professionalism: simply announce it at the start of the call.
3. Choose your source
- Simulation: a scripted call to discover the tool without a mic.
- Live (real-time): < 1s streaming (Deepgram) on the shared video-call tab.
- Microphone: browser voice recognition, for in-person or phone.
4. Read the 3 columns
- 1Left: live transcription, separated by speaker.
- 2Center: prospect analysis (interest, objections, buying signals, closing score).
- 3Right: the copilot — the best question to ask and the answer to the objection.
Don't read everything: keep eye contact with your prospect and glance at the copilot only when you're stuck.
5. Use the summary
At the end of the call, an automatic summary, a follow-up email and a next action are generated — and the call is saved to your History and CRM.
